‘iZombie’ season 3’s episode 4, titled “Wag the Tongue Slowly,” will follow Liv as she becomes the office gossip after she consumes the newest murder victim’s brain. Meanwhile, Blaine and Peyton’s relationship develops further while waiting for Ravi to reverse the effects of the cure.
The synopsis for “Wag the Tongue Slowly” posted on TV Guide reads, “Clive's (Malcolm Goodwin) patience is tested when Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the brain of a murder victim who had the reputation of being the ultimate office gossip.
Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) and Peyton (Alyson Michalka) continue to grow closer as they wait to see if Ravi (Rahul Kohli) is able to reverse the effects of the cure; and Major (Robert Buckley) is one step away from fulfilling a promise.”
The upcoming episode is set to be an interesting one as Clive attempts to tolerate Liv after she becomes an unbearable gossip as a result of consuming the murder’s brain in the middle of a new investigation. In the promo for episode 4, a woman named Cheryl has recently been murdered and it is up to the team to get to the bottom of things. Unfortunately for Liv, everyone at the workplace has begun to feel the exhausting effects of her new hobby of gossiping.
According to Comicbook Movie, things will continue to heat up for Blaine and Peyton they get closer. In the previous episode, titled "Eat, Pray, Liv," Blaine continued to try and settle into his new job as a lounge singer and got to spend more time with Peyton. Ravi, on the other hand, accidentally professed his love for Peyton after calling Blaine out for his past mistakes.
‘iZombie’ season 3’s episode 4, titled “Wag the Tongue Slowly,” is scheduled to air on The CW on April 25, 2017. It was directed by Viet Nguyen and written by Kit Boss. It will be followed by episode 5, titled "Spanking the Zombie," scheduled to be released on May 2 and directed by Tessa Blake.
