The tension between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt seems to have reached new heights as the highly publicized custody battle over their six children continues, but a new report is claiming that the “Maleficent” actress actually misses her ex. Apparently, Angelina misses the sound of Brad’s voice and she had to resist the urge to call her estranged husband, a source told Hollywood Life.
“She occasionally gets emotional and while sometimes she is completely over him, other times she still misses him a lot so she fights the urge to call him. Most of their communication lately has been through lawyers and assistants so she has not spoken to him directly in sometime,” the source said.
According to the source, Angelina Jolie wants to reach out to Brad Pitt, but she understands that it will be for the best if she leaves him alone. After all, Brad Pitt seems to be taking it all quite well as he puts the divorce behind him. “Brad feels like his life is finally thriving again without Angelina. He feels healthier, stronger and happier than he has in years,” a source close to the “World War Z” actor told Hollywood Life.
It may be true that Angelina misses her ex-husband, but readers are advised to take this with a grain of salt because Gossip Cop has just reported that the actress does not regret her split with Brad. According to the fact-checking website, a reliable source close to Angelina said the “Salt” actress is not interested in reconciling with Brad.
Citing “irreconcilable differences,” Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in Sept. 2016. The former couple has made headlines in the past few months after Angelina accused Brad Pitt of neglecting to pay proper child support. Brad would also fire back and claim that he has already given her millions since their split.
