HAYWARD, Calif., March 06, 2018 -- Anthera Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq:ANTH) today announced that Anthera has received formal notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company has evidenced full compliance with all requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, including the $35 million market value of listed securities requirement, which compliance was required by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel on or before May 14, 2018.
