Another potential breakup rumor has been written by a gossip outlet claiming that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s relationship is in peril. As In Touch (via Gossip Cop) would have it, the songstress supposedly gave the country singer an “ultimatum” to marry her in the immediate future or else she’s going to walk.
“Not only does Gwen [Stefani] want to move out of this ‘dating limbo,’ as she calls it, but she says she needs the security of marriage for herself and her kids’ peace of mind because they adore Blake [Sheton] and already consider him a second dad.” The source of the information is apparently from an unnamed insider who is privy to the personal lives of the duo.
However, since In Touch wrote the story, it’s best to take their word with a lot of skepticism. The outlet has repeatedly published bogus stories about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. What’s more, their recent claim doesn’t fit the narrative they’ve published a few months ago.
In that article, the unreliable tabloid said that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani will be announcing their engagement soon. Until now, however, nothing substantial has emerged from that story.
Another factor to consider is the statement of Gwen Stefani in December where she said that she’s not too stressed about the idea of marrying Blake Shelton. The songstress added that even in their home, there is “zero pressure” on them tying the knot.
Rumors about Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani aren’t new for the couple as it has been buffeting them ever since they announced their relationship three years ago. What’s true about the couple is that they’re still very much in love with each other and are working hard to keep their respective careers on top.
Blake Shelton is currently promoting his Ole Red Gatlinburg bar that recently opened. The country singer said that the place is by far his favorite among the others as it’s a platform he can provide for “The Voice” contestants to hone their crafts. Meanwhile, Gwen Stefani is set to perform at the Dubai World Cup on March 30 slated to take place in Apron Views.
