When it comes to anything related to “Borderlands 3,” fans can get quite obsessed with regards to the details. It doesn’t help that developers love throwing them a bone every now and then, and Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford did this again recently. He teased that the upcoming sequel will have plenty of end game content to look forward to and that it would be beefier than even “Borderlands 2.”
As Comic Book reports, the video game executive recently responded to a Tweet from a fan with questions regarding the upcoming “Borderlands 3” title. The query had to do with just how beefy this sequel is going to be compared to the previous numbered game in the franchise. After all, among the biggest reasons for the longevity of “Borderlands 2” is how many things players can still do after finishing it.
On top of the main DLC that came with the game, there were even more side adventures that absolutely drowned players in things they can do after beating Handsome Jack. There were tough bosses to beat, new places to visit, and weapons to acquire. “Borderlands 3” is being promised to offer even more of these things, which is generating a ton of excitement among fans.
This is a title that has been long anticipated by fans of the series, after all. Players have been asking for “Borderlands 3” to be released and now that the prospect of the sequel is real, the hype is building. Based on the teasers released so far, it seems that there is much to look forward to with this game, as well.
Aside from the promised additional contents, there is also the matter of “Borderlands 3” coming with millions of gun combinations. This in itself is already plenty of reasons to be excited for its release on Sept. 13.
