CARY, N.C., Feb. 09, 2018 -- Chiesi USA, Inc. (key-A-zee) announced today the company was recognized as a Top Employer in the United States for the third year running. The award is certified by the Top Employers Institute, an Amsterdam-based organization that has been measuring and identifying top employment practices worldwide for more than 25 years.
“We strongly believe the only way to do great work is to provide a sound workplace for the people who deliver on our promise to flourish,” said Ken McBean, Chiesi USA President and Chief Executive Officer. “It’s an honor to be recognized for the exceptional professionalism, business and care we strive to achieve on a daily basis.”
Top Employer certification is a comprehensive assessment of 600 HR practices. This includes an analysis of each company’s talent strategy, executive management, workforce planning, on-boarding and development, as well as employee career and succession management, compensation and benefits, and overall corporate culture. Results of the assessment are independently audited and verified, and a company must re-apply for Top Employer status each year.
"Chiesi USA has demonstrated its leadership status in the HR environment. The company has optimized its employment practices and provides exceptional employee conditions by nurturing and developing talent throughout all levels of the organization," the Institute said in a statement.
Chiesi was recognized, along with other Top Employers in North America and Latin America, at an awards ceremony and dinner held in Miami, Florida on February 8, 2018.
