BUFFALO, Wyo., Dec. 05, 2016 -- Buffalo Federal Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crazy Woman Creek Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB:CRZY) today announced its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend will be payable January 4, 2017, to shareholders of record at December 16, 2016.
“This dividend payment reflects our solid performance in fiscal year 2016 and our confidence in the future,” stated Paul M. Brunkhorst, Buffalo Federal Bank’s President and CEO. “This cash dividend represents a 1.70% yield based on the recent stock price.”
Following the repurchase of 8,687 shares in 2015, the company repurchased 4,471 shares of its common stock in 2016.
