NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2016 -- Attorney Advertising -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC reminds investors that a class action lawsuit has been filed against American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. (“American Renal Associates” or the “Company”) (NYSE:ARA) and certain of its officers. The class action is on behalf of a class consisting of all persons or entities who purchased American Renal Associates securities: (1) pursuant and/or traceable to American Renal’s Initial Public Offering on or about April 21, 2016 (the “IPO”); and/or (2) from April 21, 2016 through August 18, 2016, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
This class action seeks to recover damages against Defendants for alleged violations of the federal securities laws under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”).
The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period Defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) American Renal was engaged in a fraudulent scheme to steer patients away from qualified-for Medicare and Medicaid plans into more expensive Affordable Care Act plans to obtain greater reimbursement for American Renal’s dialysis services; (2) the foregoing scheme was in violation of federal and state laws; and (3) as a result, American Renal’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to review a copy of the Complaint you can visit the firm’s site: http://www.bgandg.com/ara or you may contact Peretz Bronstein, Esq. or his Investor Relations Analyst, Yael Hurwitz of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC at 212-697-6484 or via email [email protected].
