“Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” Extra Pack 3 is now available for fans of the franchise and it features a lot of cool additions. Among them is the incorporation of two new characters in the game: Kefla and Super Baby Vegeta, ComicBook reported.
Both these characters are quite the fighters, with each of them given their own playstyle and mechanics for players to explore. Combat has always been the core of “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” and the addition of Kefla and Super Baby is the developers’ way of expanding on this premise.
As hardcore fans know, mashing buttons will only get a player so far as the game gets difficult over time. Knowing and understanding how each character fights and interact during combat in “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” is vital in order to move the narrative forward.
This is because aside from its combat gameplay, “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” also has some MMO element slotted into it, providing players with an authentic journey around the world where Goku grew up. While the MMO aspect isn’t exactly on par with Triple-A franchises, it does a good enough job of immersing players into the game.
Following the release of the Extra Pack 3 of “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2,” fans are already speculating on what’s in store for the franchise moving forward. The latest rumor surrounding this is the possible addition of one of the franchise’s most iconic villains, Broly.
While this hasn’t been confirmed by Dimps and Bandai Namco, fans won't be surprised if the legendary Saiyan makes his way to the “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.” The reason is that a new movie featuring Broly as the main antagonist is slated for release on Dec. 14 in Japan and January 2019 for U.S. fans.
If the developers do decide to include the villain in the next update, then it will provide more hype for the upcoming film. The Extra Pack 3 was released yesterday and fans are already grinding away trying to acquire all the latest additions that the expansion provided.
