The official synopsis for “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15 confirms that Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Charlie (Alexa Nisenson) are going to reach their destination. However, they will be facing some serious danger as they meet Martha a.k.a. The Filthy Woman (Tonya Pinkins) for the first time.
Alicia and Charlie appeared to have been at the end of their journey in the previous episode. Now, the video trailers for “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15 reveals that they will be reunited with their friends. In one of the teasers, Charlie is seen trapped in a truck with Wendell (Daryl Mitchell) while Sarah (Mo Collins) checks in on them.
Meanwhile, one of the video teasers focuses on Alicia and Charlie’s first encounter with the vengeful Martha in “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15. The antagonist is limping and pointing a gun as she approaches Alicia and Charlie. Alicia offers to help Martha but, obviously, she will not fancy receiving aid from anyone.
It is interesting to see how Alicia and Charlie’s first encounter with Martha will go down. So far, Martha has impaled the necks of every character she met since she was introduced on the show. But considering that Martha was previously shot in the chest while attacking Morgan (Lennie James) and his group, Alicia and Charlie have a chance to escape Martha in “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15.
Viewers may also recall that the previous episode hinted at Alicia and Charlie reuniting with John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt) and Strand (Colman Domingo). Co-showrunner Andrew Chambliss also revealed to Entertainment Weekly that “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15 will feature how Alicia helping Charlie will “serve as inspiration for some other characters going forward.”
Meanwhile, Morgan and the others appear to still be trapped in the hospital in “Fear the Walking Dead” season 4 episode 15. But they seem to be preparing to plan their exit according to the video trailers. The question now is whether or not their attempts will be successful without losing someone, noting that the episode is titled “I Lose People...” which airs on Sunday, Sept. 23, at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
