FTSE100 is trading higher for 3rd consecutive day following the footsteps of Wall Street. US markets hit a fresh all-time high after the US and China have decided to restart the trade talks. President Trump said on Monday that trade talks were under the way. He also told to reporters that "I think we have a good chance of making a deal," The index hits an intraday high of 7539 and is currently trading around 7539.
On the higher side, near term resistance is around 7560 and any violation above will take the index to next level till 7600/7639 in the short term.
The near term support is around 7456-60 and any break below will drag the index down till 7430/7373 (Jun 25th low). Any major weakness only below the 7370 level.
It is good to buy on dips around 7500 with SL 7450 for the TP of 7640.
