Everyone knows that there are going to be deaths in “Game Of Thrones” Season 8 and a lot of it, but only the most pessimistic fans would expect for all of the major figures to kick the bucket. Unfortunately, this trail of thought was recently exacerbated by comments made by one of the cast members who hinted of deaths to come. Will there be no survivors in the show’s last season?
The comment with regards to the impending deaths in “Game Of Thrones” Season 8 was made by actor Liam Cunningham who plays Sir Davos Seaworth in the show, OtakuKart reports. He did so during an interview with “The Late Late Show with James Corden” where he said that they were all going to die. Fortunately, he had more to say after that just in case fans were thinking of starting a riot.
“We are all going to die,” the actor said before later adding, “Don’t forget: ‘Valar Morghulis’.”
That last part refers to the popular phrase in the show that basically means “All men must die.” This could be the actor’s cheeky way to avoid giving anything away or it could be a hint as to what awaits the characters in “Game Of Thrones” Season 8. As it stands, it’s clear that the heroes of Westeros are facing a grave threat from the army of white walkers heading south.
It also doesn’t help that “Game Of Thrones” Season 8 is expected to feature more backstabbing and betrayals than a sorority dorm, so the living will also have to contend with other people. When the upcoming season premieres in April, fans can expect that there is going to be a lot of blood. Whether or not there will be anyone left to bleed by the time the end comes is now the question that needs answering.
