Sarah Reddy Brown is a licensed lawyer admitted to practice law in North Carolina. Ms. Reddy Brown has taken over the position previously held by Michelle Stewart. Ms. Stewart stepped down from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, but continues to be part of the Company in a quasi-executive role as Principal. Ms. Reddy Brown was recently appointed President and she continues to lead the Company as Chief Executive Officer. As Senior Deputy Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Reddy Brown works with the Chairman to set Board goals and objectives, while overseeing the company's day to day operations and supervising a team of senior executives.
