This episode is titled “Specimen 234 + PAPR + Outbreak” and as per CBS press release, its synopsis reads: “When a vial containing a deadly virus is stolen from the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, MacGvyer and the team race to recover it before the thief unleashes a global pandemic.”

He has been working for eight years as an undercover agent but his identity as CIA agent was discovered so MacGyver has to get him out before something happens to him.
