The past few days, Adele had stunned her followers with her slimmer frame. The singer-songwriter has taken to her Instagram to share photos of how she had been shedding off her excess pounds.

The latest was a photo of herself wearing a dress that she had worn in a Glastonbury concert in 2016. You can also see in the background of the photo Adele's TV which shows her at the Glastonbury concert and you can really see the difference in her weight.

According to the Daily Express, Adele has been following the Sirtfood diet that has a superfood—the matcha green tea.

The matcha green tea is said to be the purest and most concentrated of all green tea. It differs from the regular green tea because of the way the leaves are produced.

The matcha green tea has undergone less processing than the regular green tea because the leaves that are ground into a powder are never heated. These leaves are also kept under shade to preserve their natural nutrients.

Because the entire leaf is ground into a matcha green tea powder, its health benefits far outrank that of all the other teas, even the regular green tea.

It contains 137 times more of the antioxidant EGCG found in regular green tea that can help you have a healthy heart, healthy metabolism, and improve aging. You can just imagine what green tea can do to your health, what more if it is a matcha green tea.

Drinking matcha green tea could also help you improve your workout because it is energizing and anti-inflammatory.

Drinking one glass of matcha green tea can give you the nutrition that is equivalent to drinking 10 cups of regular green tea.

And, if green tea can boost your metabolism, what more if it is a matcha green tea.

So, you need not wonder anymore, why Adele looks amazing nowadays.
