“My Hero Academia” Season 4 is currently in production and based on what the manga has already revealed, the upcoming season will be all about the League of Villains. Specifically, how the League will be taken over by a new character named Kai Chisaki who is a much bigger threat to heroes than Tomura Shigaraki. Playing a major role in “My Hero Academia” Season 4 will be Sir Nighteye, whose English dub voice actor has just been revealed.
As GeekSnipper notes, the details of “My Hero Academia” Season 4 were already hinted at during the last season’s finale. Kai Chisaki made an appearance in a meeting with the remaining members of the League of Villains, which foreshadows momentous events. It turns out that this new character with what appears to be a plague doctor’s mask is considerably more dangerous than Tomura Shigaraki.
In “My Hero Academia” Season 4, for example, his ambitions will put the entire hero community in upheaval. He is actually much closer to becoming the next All For One than the villain’s own apprentice currently is. By the end, he will cause lasting damage to Mirio Togata that will destroy his dreams of being a hero.
Speaking of “My Hero Academia” Season 4, another major character who will play a pivotal role in the events to come is Sir Nighteye. All Might’s former sidekick, this striking figure made an impression in his brief appearance in the final episode of last season. Lanky in build and featuring an intense glare, this pro hero will become a central figure in fighting the League of Villains.
His English voice dub actor was recently revealed to be Brandon McInnis in a recent Tweet by Funimation. As Comicbook.com notes, McInnis’ voice can be heard in various other anime projects, including “One Piece” and “Attack on Titan.” “My Hero Academia” Season 4 is expected to air on Spring of 2019.
A new voice joins us at the end of #MyHeroAcademia season 3!
