Luffy needs a break from fighting Katakuri and takes Brulee as his hostage along the way in “One Piece” episode 859. Meanwhile, Sanji needs to think and act fast upon encountering a problem involving Chiffon while transporting the wedding cake.
Luffy might have gained the upper hand for a moment in the latest scenes of his battle with Katakuri. Unfortunately, the villain is able to feel calm again while Luffy’s Gear Fourth reaches its limit. This will force him to escape from Katakuri for a while in “One Piece” episode 859.

As he escapes through a mirror, Luffy finds Brulee alone and decides to take her as his hostage so he will not be easily killed by Big Mom and the other Charlotte family members. Unfortunately, the “One Piece” episode 859 preview shows Luffy and Brulee landing on Nuts Island, exactly where Big Mom is currently throwing a destructive tantrum over the wedding cake.
The “One Piece” episode 859 preview shows Luffy evading a couple of attacks from the Charlottes. Based on the manga series, Luffy will be mostly in danger once Perospero sets up a Candy Wall. The brief teaser also confirms Monde will come close to Luffy but the main protagonist is most likely going to avoid these attacks.
On the other hand, Sanji and Chiffon are busy with the wedding cake. Chiffon will report that the cake is done baking and Pudding is also finished with the chocolate. Meanwhile, Sanji saves the simsim whipping cream to top the cake.
However, Sanji will face his own troubles in “One Piece” episode 859 as Pound and Oven appear in the preview. Oven’s appearance hints that the next installment will cover the part where he captures Chiffon and hits her several times.
This is quite tricky for Sanji. He needs to save Chiffon from Oven in “One Piece” episode 859, but if he does, he risks blowing his cover. Oven is not the forgiving type since he does not mind hitting Chiffon even in front of Pound. The viewers will have to find out how Sanji turns this situation around in his favor.
“One Piece” episode 859 is titled “The Rebellious Daughter, Chiffon! Sanji’s Big Plan for Transporting the Cake.” It is slated to originally air on Oct. 28.
