“Outlander” season 4 episode 5 spoilers show that Claire will help cure a German neighbor but unfortunately, a dispute erupted and her life was put at risk. What’s more, Jamie Fraser is not around to help her as he has been out with Ian.
“Outlander” season 4 episode 5 is called “Savages” and its official synopsis reads: “Claire's (Caitriona Balfe) medical expertise proves invaluable, but she begins to fear for her life when tragedy strikes her patients' household; Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Young Ian travel to a nearby town to recruit settlers for Fraser's Ridge.”
