“Ray Donovan” Season 6 Episode 12 is titled “The Dead,” which is a huge indicator what will happen in the upcoming finale. Ray will be dealing with a lot of loose ends in the next release, with the topmost priority having to dispose of the corpses that have been left behind by his previous encounters.
Apart from this, however, Ray (Liev Schreiber) will also need to deal with his complicated alliance involving Sam Winslow (Susan Sarandon) and the Staten Island Police Department, CarterMatt reported. Ray working with Winslow for the election puts the fixer directly at odds with his new brotherhood. Meanwhile, Winslow herself still doesn’t know what she wants to get from the political campaign and “Ray Donovan” Season 6 Episode 12 might shed some light on this development.
As for Ray, what he really wants is to get closure for his family, Business Times reported. The shady yet relatable character has been portrayed as a devoted family man and all he wants at the end of the day is to take care of his own. But given that he owes a lot of disreputable people some heavy favors, it’s unclear how the protagonist will wiggle out of the situation, especially since he’s dealing with corrupt cops and dishonest media. Will Ray be able to settle everything in “Ray Donovan” Season 6 Episode 12?
That’s unlikely as the finale will likely set up the plot for the next installment. With three bodies lying on the ground, two of them are cops, Ray is way over his head at the moment and it will take some serious maneuvering to get out of it. And even if he does, he’ll still inadvertently leave some trail for the authorities to follow, which will likely be the plot for the seventh installment. “Ray Donovan” Season 6 Episode 12 will air on Jan. 13 and fans of the crime drama series are ecstatic what’s in store for the Donovans moving forward.
