The 10-K and financial earnings release will be released as previously announced, prior to market open on March 8, 2018.
Revolution Lighting Technologies will host the rescheduled conference call and live audio webcast to discuss these financial results at 11 a.m. ET on March 12, 2018. The earnings call is being rescheduled to accommodate Robert V. LaPenta, Chairman, CEO and President, as he recovers from the flu. The earnings call will be hosted by Mr. LaPenta and James A.
