As a show that has been running for six seasons without any major find, it’s amazing that “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 is a thing. However, is this the season where the Lagina brothers finally find something after spending so many years digging? After all of this time, was gold discovered on this fabled floating landmass?
In a recent Tweet via the History Channel’s official Twitter account, a teaser for “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 was posted. It came with a clip showcasing some of the things that viewers can expect from this program and a rather intriguing caption.
“Did the Lagina brothers finally hit gold??! Don't miss an epic new season full of secrets and treasures. The Curse of Oak Island returns in November,” the Tweet reads,

It’s worth noting that the show has been promising finds like these, every season, and they have never turned out the way the episodes were marketed. So far, even with all of the surveys, digs, and dramatic cuts, the treasure hunters have found absolutely nothing worth noting. Will “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 finally break the cycle and turn up some ancient buried treasure?
As to that, it’s difficult to say at this point since the new season has yet to air. However, what can be definitively declared is that “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 will have some alien influence on it. Specifically, it will be involved in an “Ancient Aliens” crossover via the appearance of Giorgio Tsoukalos, Otaku Art reports.
With regards to his role in the show, it would appear that the host is simply there to generate hype. Fans will just have to wait and see how effective this is when “The Curse of Oak Island” Season 6 premieres in November.
