Tim McGraw allegedly walked out on his wife of 24 years and they are now heading for a $200 million divorce. It was the “It’s Your Love” singer who ditched Faith Hill over the summer.
Tim’s alleged walkout story
In Touch reported that Tim McGraw dumped Faith Hill after telling her that she will not be part of the Las Vegas residency tour that he has been planning. The country singer allegedly wants to work without his wife after he left Sony Music earlier this year.
“Tim pulled a shocking move, he’d been signed with Faith and they released their last album together,” the source told the magazine. “They wanted to headline another tour together and return to their Las Vegas residency as a team, something they felt kept them close for many years.”
The insider went on to say that Faith’s music career has long been connected to her husband's since they are both singers. However, she felt like he just dumped her when she was told that he would like to take a break from their joint performances.
It was added that Faith also became jealous of Taylor Swift so there are obviously trust issues between them as well. Thus, their marriage is on the verge of breaking up.
“When Taylor Swift opened for them on their 'Soul2Soul' tour years ago and Faith was insanely jealous, and who can blame her?” the tipster snitched. “Tim had enough and was intent on going his way and this hurt Faith.”
Here’s the truth about the couple’s supposed dwindling marriage
Gossip Cop immediately debunked this story and called the article a bogus piece. This is because in the first place when Tim McGraw left Sony, it wasn’t because of his wife Faith Hill.
Also, even if her husband leaves, it will not have an effect on her because she already built a name for herself which means she doesn’t rely on the popularity of her husband. She has her own followers too.
Tim McGraw did not dump his wife and there is no truth in the pair’s divorce reports. They are doing well as a couple and McGraw’s rep also dismissed the claims and called them bogus narratives.
