“The Dream Kitchen & Bath Event gives home buyers a chance to make their vision of the perfect kitchen or bath come to life. It is the best time for special incentives that will add style, elegance, and value to these key spaces in their home,” said Toll Brothers Group President Chris Gaffney.
From cabinets and countertops to flooring and fixtures, hundreds of choices are available to home buyers to enhance the kitchen and baths in their home. “These are rooms where aesthetics is just as important as functionality. Home buyers can make upgrades to both the look and function of these spaces, without adding to the cost of the home,” he added.
To take advantage of the special savings and incentives offered through Toll Brothers’ Dream Kitchen & Bath Event, buyers must place a deposit on a new home at a participating community Saturday, March 17 or Sunday, March 18, 2018, sign an Agreement of Sale within 10 days, and close on the home. Incentives vary by community and will comprise a package of savings created specifically for this event, so buyers should contact their community of interest and speak with a sales representative to learn more, or visit TollBros.com/NewKitchen.
