TULSA, Okla., Nov. 07, 2017 -- AAON, Inc. (NASDAQ:AAON), today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.13 per share or $0.26 annually. The next dividend will be payable on December 21, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 30, 2017.
Norman H. Asbjornson, AAON CEO, stated, “We are pleased our strong capital position and significant free cash flow enables us to return tangible value to our stockholders through our cash dividend.”
