This is a mandatory announcement to comply with the changes made to the Dutch Financial Supervision Act, section 5:25a(2), as a result of the amended EU Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended).
Following the implementation of the amended EU Transparency Directive, all issuers of securities admitted to trading on a regulated market within the European Union are required to publicly announce their Home Member State for purposes of their disclosure obligations under the EU Transparency Directive.
