ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ANNOUNCEMENT

SCHIEDAM, Netherlands, Feb. 24, 2016 -- SBM Offshore announces that the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and the invitation for shareholders to attend the AGM have now been published on the Company's website.  The AGM will be held at the Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on April 6, 2016 at 14.30 Central European Time.
