ATA Schedules Fiscal 2017 Fourth Quarter and Year-end Results Release and Conference Call for June 1, 2017

BEIJING, May 19, 2017 -- ATA Inc. ("ATA" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:ATAI), a leading provider of advanced testing technologies and testing-related services in China, today announced that it will release its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017, after the close of the stock market on Thursday, June 1, 2017. The Company will discuss those results in a conference call at 8 p.m. ET later that same day.
