Aave has opened three Ethereum lending markets managed by Sentora, expanding stablecoin borrowing on its V4 protocol while giving an outside curator responsibility for market-level risk settings.

Aave Labs said Thursday, Oct. 22, that the markets were available on Aave Pro. RLUSD Yield lets users borrow Ripple USD (RLUSD) against Ethena’s USDe, PRIME, Midas mWIN and Huma’s PayFi Strategy Token (PST). OUSD Yield offers Origin Dollar (OUSD) loans against the same collateral. Bluechip lets users borrow RLUSD, PayPal USD (PYUSD) or OUSD against Kraken Wrapped Bitcoin (kBTC).

In V4, liquidity is held in Hubs, while Spokes connect individual lending markets with their own collateral and borrowing parameters. The Sentora markets use a dedicated Ethereum Hub that the governance proposal describes as isolated from Aave’s other markets. Aave V4 went live on Ethereum mainnet on March 30, 2026. Aave Labs later announced one Equities Hub on Base, where eligible users can borrow USD Coin (USDC) against tokenized U.S. stocks; EconoTimes previously covered the Base market.

Sentora sets market-level risk parameters, but the Aave decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) retains contract and admin ownership and can revoke Sentora’s roles. The governance proposal calls for a 48-hour delay on changes that increase risk. New collateral or Hub deployments face a two-week forum objection window, during which a service provider can object and send the matter to a vote. The proposal said no DAO service provider was assigned or paid to review submissions. LlamaRisk said it had not reviewed the configuration because it was outside the firm’s engagement with the DAO.

The initial proposal offered half of the instance’s revenue to the DAO and half to Sentora, with no operating costs assigned to the DAO. It presented the arrangement as a way to consolidate Sentora strategies then spread across outside venues; the launch announcement reported no revenue figures. The proposal also contemplated a separate PYUSD Yield market in a later deployment but gave no launch date.
