“Agents of SHIELD” season 6 episode 6 was delayed since the fifth story did not air on its original date of June 7. And now that the show is back on its usual telecast schedule, the viewers are excited to see the next scenarios after the catastrophic events in episode 5.
As per MSN, “Agents of SHIELD” season 6 episode 6 is titled “Inescapable,” and its plot summary reads: “Fitz and Simmons have fought through space, time and alternate realities to find each other, and now, closer than ever, only their own demons can stop their reunion.”
The two characters, Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) with Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge), who is fondly called as Fitzsimmons will find their way in each other's arms again but there is no time to celebrate or catch up as they are facing bigger hurdles that must be addressed in the “Agents of SHIELD” season 6 episode 6. It was suggested that there would be a plague that is threatening to invade the planet, and the agents must act swiftly to contain this.
“Agents of SHIELD” season 6 episode 6 will follow last week’s story titled “The Other Thing” that was directed by Lou Diamond Philips. May was captured by a doppelganger of Coulson, and while trying to rescue her, they also had to save the planets from being destroyed by catastrophic events. This aired on June 14 after it was delayed due to the NBA championship game.
“Agents of SHIELD” season 6 episode 6 is set to air on June 21 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC. Next week’s episode is called “Toldja” where a stranger will approach Fitz, Simmons, and Enoch to offer them a ride home. The mysterious character will be revealed on June 28.
