TROY, Mich., Feb. 28, 2017 -- Altair today announced the keynote presentations for the 9th European Altair Technology Conference (ATC), which will be held at the Congressforum in Frankenthal, Germany, from June 26th - 28th, 2017.

This year the conference will dedicate an entire day to keynote presentations, including vision and strategy presentations from Altair's executive board and customers such as Airbus, Artemis Racing, Daimler, IAI (Israel Aerospace Industry), Porsche, Schneider Electric, Streetscooter and Zodiac Aerospace. The customer presentations will focus on best practice simulation and product development methods for the aerospace, the automotive and other industries and deliver inspiring insights into Simulation-driven InnovationTM techniques. The keynote presentations are scheduled for June 27th; this day is a 'Must' for executives, engineers and product creators looking for insights from leading industry experts.
This year’s conference will celebrate client and partner achievements who Design the Difference™ with Altair solutions to radically change the way products are designed and brought to market. Day one of the conference will focus on application areas such as maximizing the performance of industrial machinery, design for 3D printing, electrical devices, and next generation math & system modeling. This day is targeted towards an audience with a general design and engineering background. The program will offer high level insights into product development methods and simulation solutions, provide general information on the use of simulation in various industries, and offers the opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders.
In addition, day one will also host a session for Altair's European academic users featuring presentations from students and professors from all over Europe. The academic program also includes a poster presentation session, on display all three days of the conference.
The third and last day of the conference will provide in-depth technical presentations given by experienced users of the Altair solutions, in parallel sessions. With a deadline of March 31st, Altair is still accepting presentation proposals for this day.
