Angelina Jolie is now officially a single mother and she has been taking care of her kids in their Los Angeles mansion. Now, it was reported that the “Maleficent” actress has been living a stressful life even before she and Brad Pitt divorce because she is worried that her children would be abducted for ransom.
Her kids are from a well-known family and her greatest fear is someone kidnapping any of her six children in exchange for money. This was said to have been revealed by Angelina Jolie’s own bodyguard Mark “Billy” Billingham.
Angelina’s fears
He is said to have worked for the actress for a year and a half and his main work was taking care of the actress’ children. At that time, Angelina is still married to Brad Pitt but even then, she was worried that criminals will target her kids since she and Brad’s combined worth was hundreds of million dollars.
“The biggest concern for them was the kidnapping of the kids, Billingham supposedly told the National Enquirer. Angie and Brad are very worried about who goes near the children.”
The former A-list couple is parents to Maddox, 19, PAx. 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14 and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Currently, the actress has all the six kids in her home while her and Brad’s child custody case is still being heard in court. Although they have been declared as officially singles, their divorce settlement is not yet over up to now.
The truth about the actress’ paranoia about her kids’ safety
Gossip Cop investigated this narrative to determine if this is true or not. The publication could not exactly say if there is truth in this story because a parent being protective of their children is a natural instinct. She will definitely do everything to protect her brood and any parent will do the same.
Then again, there is no proof that some people are targeting Angelina Jolie’s kids in a kidnap-for-ransom criminal act. However, it is certain that she is truly worried about her kids’ safety especially because they are famous too and easily recognizable by the public.
