Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt called it quits in 2016, just after two years of tying the knot. They were actually living in for a few years already and had kids before they finally held their wedding.
After splitting in 2016, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie got embroiled in a nasty divorce and child custody court battle. They were declared officially single in 2019, but some of their issues in court remained unsettled.
Angelina’s change of heart?
At this point, Australia’s Woman’s Day reported that the “Maleficent” actress had a change of heart and decided that she doesn’t want the divorce anymore. In an article titled “Brad & Ange: The divorce is off!” it was claimed that she does not want it anymore and now prefers to fix their issues and give their marriage another chance.
“Everyone’s been waiting for this to happen,” the source allegedly told the magazine. “She’s dragged the court proceedings on because she knew it would drive Brad insane. Now they’re basically frozen due to the pandemic, she’s chosen her moment to strike!”
In here, it is being suggested that Angelina Jolie is deliberately slowing the slowed court proceedings to make her ex-husband go crazy. But she has changed her mind after realizing things in this time of the pandemic. Now she would like to stay married to Brad Pitt.
“Everyone was waiting for Ange to realize the grass isn’t quite so green on the other side and want to get back together to soothe her own insecurities and loneliness,” the unnamed tipster went on to say. “The fear is Brad will fall for it – he’d do anything to get back into his children’s lives, and he’s repentant for any wrongs he committed.”
Is this story true?
Gossip Cop stated that it really does not need to debunk this story anymore because it is obviously false. The fact-checking site pointed out that it has already refuted dozens of Angelina Jolie - Brad Pitt stories to the point that it is already exhausting to debunk even the narrative written above.
As to why Gossip Cop is so sure, firstly, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been declared officially singles already. They are not getting back anymore, and the actress also repeatedly mentioned that her love life is not her focus anymore, but her children.
