SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 18, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apigee®, developer of an intelligent API platform for digital business, today announced that it is bringing the “I Love APIs” conference to Europe for the second year in a row. One of the world’s largest conferences dedicated to APIs and digital business, “I Love APIs” will be a one-day event for digital business leaders and technology innovators held in London on March 2, 2016.
The conference will feature over 18 sessions delivered by Apigee customers and other expert digital practitioners from all over the world, with hundreds of attendees from a diverse range of industries, providing a powerful networking opportunity.
“More than one in three UK companies last year said that digital improvement is their top priority, yet building ‘an app for that’ may not be enough to stay competitive,1” said Denise Persson, Apigee chief marketing officer. “The ‘I Love APIs’ conference is designed for today’s technology and business leaders to explore new ways to use digital technologies to better engage with customers, build new channels and increase enterprise efficiencies. Our expert sessions will cover a broad range of topics – from APIs and microservices to proven business strategies for digital acceleration.”
Apigee customers including Orange, Burberry, Bupa and Haymarket, will share their strategies for digitizing their business and the lessons they learned along the way. There will also be hands-on education sessions led by API experts across three topic tracks:
- Business track: looking at digital transformation
- Technology track: looking at architecture, IT and platform
- Developer track: looking at API technology and best practice
