WASHINGTON, DC and LONDON, Feb. 2, 2016 -- Aristotle's Integrity division — the leading global provider of online age and identity verification — announces a new compliance solution that will enable organizations to comply with the European Union's Fourth Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Directive.

The new AML Directive mandates that customer ID authentication takes place before any business relationship is established and must be done with all new and existing customers. Integrity's risk-based programs ensure compliance while accurately reporting any suspicious fraudulent activity. Combining Integrity's global Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions with auditing, reporting and tracking features offers a full outsourcing program of compliance activities. Integrating Integrity™ products with innovative data-management features is particularly useful for the iGaming sector and financial services companies who lack the resources to hire a full compliance team.
Integrity's unrivaled software and compliance experts enable both small- and mid-size operators — in addition to payment processors — the ability to leverage world-class tools without a large headcount. In doing so, organizations gain a competitive advantage by achieving industry-high compliance marks.
Using the tools of Integrity Compliance, PredictIt.org — a New Zealand based political prediction market — was able to deliver a chargeback ratio of less than .001 percent, proving an industry-low fraud ratio can also be achieved through the combination of identity verification and data management services.
Aristotle CEO John Aristotle Phillips said, "Protecting organizations against costly violations from regulatory agencies is a primary mission of Integrity, and Integrity Compliance is the most comprehensive solution on the market to ensure full compliance with many international rules and regulations, including the new EU AML Directive."
To spearhead Integrity Compliance's mission of providing a cost-effective compliance solution to the iGaming marketplace and beyond, Aristotle has brought on Ben Jordan as Integrity's Director of European Business Development and Operations. Mr. Jordan joins Aristotle from PokerStars/Amaya Gaming — a market leader in iGaming — where he was responsible for detailed and world-class compliance activities.
Phillips added, "Ben's exceptional knowledge of the past and current landscape of the iGaming and financial industries — along with his proven track record within the industry — will aid in solidifying Integrity Compliance as the leading all-in-one compliance solution."
The EU Fourth Ant-Money Laundering (AML) Directive, which took effect June 25, 2015, applies to the following markets: credit institutions, financial institutions, auditors, external accountants and tax advisers, notaries and other independent legal professionals (under specific conditions), trusts or company service providers, estate agents, traders in goods making or receiving payments above EUR 10,000, and providers of gambling services.
EU countries will have had two years from June 25, 2015, to implement the rules contained in the Directive into national laws. The introduction of Integrity Compliance into the marketplace is timely as the Directive will be a primary focus of the ICE Gaming Conference Session on "Cybercrime, Security and Regulatory Compliance."
