All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,276 mark while silver was trading around $16.90 mark.
Japan’s Nikkei was trading 1.25 pct higher at 19,781.25 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.40 percent higher at 27,357.29 points.
Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.70 pct higher at 5,770.50 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,235.23 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,695.78 points.
Taiwan stock was trading around 0.70 pct higher at 10,299.56 points.
South Korean banks will be closed in observance of National Liberation Day.
Asian banks will be closed in observance of Independence day.
