Asian markets in green, gold marginally down

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,269 mark while silver was trading around $16.55 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.92 percent higher at 20,588.55 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.52 pct lower at 5,699.30 points.

Taiwan stock was trading around 0.11 pct higher at 10,477.53 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 1.62 pct higher at 28,001.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.61 percent higher at 9,848.55 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.55 percent higher 31,455.10 points.

South Korean banks will be closed in observance of Chusok – Full Moon Festival.

China banks will remain close in observance of National Day.
