Asian markets in red, gold and silver down in early hours of Asia

All the major Asian indices are trading on a lower note on last working day of the week. On the other side, gold and silver are down in early Asian hours. Gold was trading around $1,327 and silver was trading around $19.70 marks.

From the data front from Japan, Japan’s July Nikkei manufacturing PMI flash increase to 49.0 vs previous 48.1. USD/JPY was trading around 105.80 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 0.89% lower at 16,660 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.01% lower at 2,012.17 points.

Shanghai composite index to open flat at 3,038.12 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,251.24 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.40% lower at 21,912.15 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.37% lower at 5,491.80 points.
