Asian markets marginally higher ahead of NFP job data, gold hovers around $1,320 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on the last trading day of the week. Gold was trading around $1,320 mark while silver was trading around $17.50 mark. The main event for the day is U.S. NFP job data. U.S. released ADP job data with positive numbers at 237K vs 201K previous release.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.30 pct higher at 19,705.50 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.05 percent higher at 27,979.29 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.08 pct higher at 5,719.10 points.

Shanghai composite index to open up 0.2 pct at 3,365.99 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.1 pct at 3,825.34 points.

Taiwan stock was trading around 0.13 pct lower at 10,599.88 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.41 percent higher at 9,958.15 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.46 percent higher at 31,868.97 points.

South Korea’s kospi was trading 0.10 percent lower at 2,360.83 points.
