Asian markets mixed, gold stabilizes above $1,220 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,223 mark while silver was trading around $16.10 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.14 pct lower at 20,028.55 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 1.23 percent lower at 25,467.29 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.36 pct lower at 2,385.58 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,192.89 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,646.83 points.

Taiwan stock was trading 0.45 pct lower at 10,365.15 points.
