Japan’s Nikkei was trading around 0.70 percent lower at 19,325 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.62 percent higher at 22,700 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,167.57 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,361.64 points.
Taiwan stocks open flat at 9,344.19 points.
South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.24 percen lower at 2,043 points.
India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.50 percent higher at 8,276.70 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.44 percent higher at 26,844 points.
