Asian markets mixed, gold stable around $1,345

Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Wednesday. On the other side, gold and silver were almost flat in early hours of Asia. Gold was trading around $1,345 marks and silver was trading around $19.82 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 0.50 percent higher at 16,679.42 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading around 0.60 percent lower at 2,032.11 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,106.99 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,377.77 points.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 0.28 percent higher at 22,969.14 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.09 percent lower at 5,527.10 points.
