RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif., Feb. 17, 2016 -- Associa Desert Resort Management's Fifth Annual HOA Education Symposium took place on February 2 to a packed house of close to 300 association board members and industry professionals. The theme was 'Shaping Communities of the Future' and the event at the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa helped attendees better understand the plans and visions essential to creating sustainable communities.
