RICHARDSON, Texas, Aug. 31, 2016 -- Associa, the industry's largest community management company, recently hired Shannon Streenz as the vice president of its Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) in Richardson, Texas. The CSSC is home to more than 500 Associa team members that provide centralized accounting services to Associa's North American portfolio of community associations.

Before coming to Associa, Streenz worked at Concentra, where he served as the vice president of customer operations and led the development and build-out of its shared services operations. Prior to that, he served in various operational leadership roles for Humana, PepsiCo and Lennox International.
Streenz graduated from the University of Texas in Tyler and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
