PLEASANTON, CA, Feb. 28, 2018 -- Associa Northern California is excited to announce that Janis Schock, community director, has obtained her Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The PCAM® designation is the highest professional recognition available to managers who specialize in community association management. In order to earn the PCAM®, managers must have five years of experience, successfully complete all six M-200 level programs, earn the CMCA® designation and complete a case study.
Ms. Schock, CCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, has served in the community association management industry for more than 30 years. She joined Associa in 2014 as a community manager and was promoted to branch director where she oversees the operations of the Pleasanton office. Ms. Schock has managed a diverse portfolio that includes condominiums, planned developments, age restricted communities, single family homes and mid-rise buildings.
