BTS is confirmed to make their comeback in a few months and this is really great since they only released a new album in February. Needless to say, the group is hard at work even in this time of the coronavirus pandemic.
BTS discusses what to do for their next album
Earlier this week, the members of BTS that include RM, Jungkook, V, Jimin, Jin, J-Hope and Suga gathered together to talk about what kind of concept they would offer this time for their fans. On May 11, the seven members went live via BANGTANTV on YouTube so the fans also saw the process of how the boys are brainstorming for their next album.
Suga said that he doesn’t want the album to be dark while Jimin said that it would be good if they can make a fun album since what everyone needs now is something uplifting and bright due to the coronavirus pandemic. Everyone shared something and BTS is slowly forming their album concept.
“I was speaking to a friend about what people might want to hear, and we started talking about telepathy. If you look on WeVerse or Twitter, there are a lot of people who are upset that our concerts were canceled,” Soompi quoted RM as saying. “How great would it be if we could relay how we feel without having to say anything? I think the seven years we’ve spent together and the looks we exchange during concerts are our telepathy.”
Other album details for the group’s comeback
Hype shared that BTS’ new album may be released with seven songs since the group is now seven years old. Also, they could do something similar to “So What” as V said he wants to sing something with this vibe. On the other hand, Jungkook said that maybe they can just “get crazy” so it will be really fun. He said that he is aiming for a song that can relieve stress so this may also come out in the BTS’ album.
Finally, BTS is aiming to release their new album in October. This means that they will be working day and night from now on to beat the deadline.
