TOWNSVILLE PIMLICO, Australia, July 28, 2017 -- Back2Health360 Sports Health and Wellness Centre announced its sponsorship of the Townsville Running Festival on August 6, 2017. This festival features multiple running events ranging from 2.5 kilometers all the way to a full marathon. Such a wide range of distances makes it easy for runners of all skill levels to find an event that is a perfect match. Running is a fun sport, but it can sometimes be hard to find a good event due to the need to match terrain and difficulty with current athletic levels. This problem is eliminated at the Townsville Running Festival, which is hosting races of five separate lengths. Some of these events also allow for walking, so those who can't run the full distance aren't out of luck. The distances are 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km, half-marathon, and full marathon. Kids of all ages are welcomed in the 2.5 km run/walk, so they can join their parents in the athletic fun. It's also possible to bring kids in strollers to this particular run.
