The CW aired a big special last night (with the stilted title of DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League) and, naturally, new footage from director Zack Snyder‘s upcoming superhero showdown was unveiled. Evident in the footage is the two main characters explaining their motivation.
As we all know, the two will clash as Batman will perceive that the battle between the man of steel Superman and Zod will destroy the city further and affect thousands of people if it will continue. Superman, on the other hand, thinks that Gotham’s Bat vigilante is a ruthless menace who is no better than the criminals he is apprehending. So, with that in the equation, it is pretty clear that they will absolutely fight each other.
On the other hand, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC Comics have joined forces to bring to its fans a huge licensing and merchandise initiative. Mattel is the master licensee for toys related to the upcoming movie, and we will get to see characters invading the toy stores and into the collection of every comic fans out there.
Not only that, we are going to see some pretty cool shirts, sneakers, hats, outerwear and more. So check out for more updates about the upcoming movie.
