Binary Builders is winding down after most of its team joined Celestia, closing its pipeline to new projects at a company that helped maintain the Cosmos SDK, co-founder Marko Baricevic said Monday.

Baricevic said Binary Builders would take on no more projects. He said he will not move to Celestia with the team and plans a break before considering other ideas.

Founded in 2022, Binary Builders helped maintain the Cosmos SDK and ran the Interchain Builders Program. The company said in January 2025 that it would shift its attention toward Celestia while stepping back from core Cosmos SDK maintenance.

The company's validator operations are set to move to Validatus. Baricevic expects that transfer to take place over the next few weeks.
