Deep inside, “Blue Bloods” fans always knew they haven’t seen the last of Luis Delgado (Lou Diamond Phillips). That’s right, folks. The person who admitted to torching Danny’s (Donnie Wahlberg) house is alive, and according to the official synopsis of “Blue Bloods” Season 9 Episode 7, things are going to get personal for Danny when he finds out that Delgado has resurfaced.
As fans of the series already know, Delgado has also hinted that he had something to do with the demise of Danny’s wife, Linda (Amy Carlson), so it will interesting to see if Danny will do anything rash when he finds out Delgado is alive. Well, some viewers may argue that Danny should already have an inkling that the decapitated body in this season’s premiere episode wasn’t Delgado’s.
“We feel like this is something that Danny should probably figure out before this episode airs; they’ve got DNA on Delgado and with that, should know that the body they found (at least eventually) is not him. As good as the attempt was to keep Delgado from working with the cartel again, it may not have actually worked,” the team at CarterMatt noted in their piece on the upcoming episode.
That’s a good point. After all, these guys aren’t amateurs. Titled “By Hook or by Crook,” “Blue Bloods” Season 9 Episode 7 will also feature Eddie (Vanessa Ray) introducing her fiancé, Jamie Reagan (Will Estes), to her mother, Lena (Christine Ebersole).
Meanwhile, an officer is going to get attacked in the line of duty and this will directly impact one of the members of Frank's (Tom Selleck) team. The episode will also show Erin (Bridget Moynahan) dealing with the consequences of being the boss. “Blue Bloods” Season 9 Episode 7 is scheduled to air on Friday, Nov. 9, 10 p.m. ET on the CBS Television Network.
