HAMILTON, Bermuda, June 12, 2017 -- Blue Capital Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:BCRH); ("Blue Capital") has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share, which is payable on or before July 14, 2017 to holders of record as of June 30, 2017.
In addition, Blue Capital expects to release its second quarter 2017 results after the market close on July 31, 2017.
